I was first introduced to Robyn’s mums and bubs class over a year ago when I was on maternity leave, it was just what I needed to start building my strength back. Robyn and the RE-VIVE team are warm and welcoming, they cater to all fitness levels. I like how no two classes are the same and there are no more than 6 people in each group class. This Pilates studio taken over by Robyn in 2024 has excelled in its setup and personalised approach. Robyn displays her experience and guidance from the beginner level to the advanced clients. As a medical doctor well into my sixties , I prescribe this form of exercise on a regular basis to maintaining flexibility and strength. This includes me attending regularly. As an added bonus ,seeing the friendly faces who attend the classes here makes it a place of great social connection.
